Eldorado Road Beechworth Syrah is handpicked from the Battely Vineyard, situated on a ridge of red sandy loam soils with slate and ironstone fragments.

The vineyard is home to four different Shiraz clones and when the vintage allows, each is fermented separately. All the ferments are gently hand plunged once a day. The wine is then basket pressed to new and seasoned French oak to age on lees.

Deep red purple, Eldorado Road Beechworth Syrah has rich, ripe berry flavours with spicy oak and firm tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
